French-born Ghanaian midfielder Godson Kyeremeh showcased his prowess, scoring a goal and providing an assist to lead Caen to victory against Pau.

The match saw Kyeremeh's dynamic performance from the start until his substitution in the 72nd minute at Stade Nouste Camp.

The game ignited in the 31st minute when Alexandre Mendy of Caen capitalized on a close-range opportunity, slotting the ball into the bottom right corner with a left-footed strike, courtesy of a precise assist from Kyeremeh.

Kyeremeh continued to stamp his authority on the game, orchestrating a fast break in the 69th minute. With impeccable timing and vision, he delivered a through ball to Quentin Daubin, who set him up perfectly for a right-footed shot from the edge of the box, doubling Caen's lead with clinical precision.

Pau, however, fought back courageously, as Charles Boli found the back of the net in the 77th minute with a powerful header, assisted by Jordy Gaspar.

But Caen remained resolute, with Amine Salama extending their lead in the 85th minute with a left-footed strike from the left side of the box, expertly set up by Mathias Autret.

Despite Pau's late surge, with Oumar Ngom heading home in the 90 + 1 minute, Caen's earlier dominance proved overwhelming, securing a well-deserved victory.
