Former Ghana captain, Asamoah Gyan has lauded Andre Ayew, describing his former teammate as a winner.
Andre is leading the Black Stars at the ongoing 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Gyan, who is on SuperSport as a pundit speaking ahead of the game lauded the U-20 winner as he makes his 111 appearances for the Black Stars.
"Andre Ayew is a winner and I must congratulate him for his achievement with the Black Stars," he said.
"Making 111 appearances for your country is a massive achievement. I have played with him and at this moment, I know what is going through his mind.
"He is focused and it is unfortunate that this might be his last World Cup for Ghana. But congratulations for what he has done for the Black Stars," he added.
Gyan and Andre played together at the 2010 and 2014 Mundial in South Africa and Brazil respectively.
Ghana will hope to get a good results against the European side.
